Welcome to the Volunteer PowerCrew™ internet Web site. This Web site with its home page in the domain www.volunteerpowercrew.org (the “Web site”) is a site dedicated to students, teachers and administrators who are interested in volunteer service and service learning. The Web site is maintained by the Volunteer Center of North Texas in association with The Meadows Foundation. By accessing and using our Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registering
We would like our Web site to be as safe and secure as possible, therefore only a limited portion of the Web site is available to you if you have not become a registered user and obtained a password. In order to register you must complete in an on-line form, sending us certain information about yourself and choosing a log in name and password.
It is important that you keep your password confidential for your own protection as well as for the safety and security of others who access and use our Web site. It is up to you to make sure others do not have or use your log in name and password. You should not disclose your password to anyone else. If you think someone may have your password, or you would simply like to change your password to a new one, you may do so. All activity that occurs under your password is your responsibility and you should notify the Volunteer Center of North Texas or The Meadows Foundation immediately of any unauthorized use of your password.

The Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation have no obligation to, and do not in the normal course of business, monitor or control the information that is or becomes available on the Web site. The Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation reserve the right to review any information that is or becomes available on the Web site. The Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation reserve the right to refuse to post or to remove any information that is, in their sole discretion, unacceptable, inappropriate, undesirable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Severability

Governing Law and Forum Selection
This site is designed for use in the United States of America and is to be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States of America.

By accessing this Web site both you and the Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use of this Web site. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms and Conditions or to this Web site shall be solely and exclusively litigated, arbitrated, or otherwise heard in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to jurisdiction in any state or federal courts sitting in Dallas Country, Texas and arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, and hereby waive any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient.
