Welcome to the Volunteer PowerCrew™ internet Web site. This Web site with its home page in the domain www.volunteerpowercrew.org (the “Web site”) is a site dedicated to students, teachers and administrators who are interested in volunteer service and service learning. The Web site is maintained by the Volunteer Center of North Texas in association with The Meadows Foundation. By accessing and using our Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registering

We would like our Web site to be as safe and secure as possible, therefore only a limited portion of the Web site is available to you if you have not become a registered user and obtained a password. In order to register you must complete in an on-line form, sending us certain information about yourself and choosing a log in name and password.

It is important that you keep your password confidential for your own protection as well as for the safety and security of others who access and use our Web site. It is up to you to make sure others do not have or use your log in name and password. You should not disclose your password to anyone else. If you think someone may have your password, or you would simply like to change your password to a new one, you may do so. The Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation have no obligation to, and do not in the normal course of business, monitor or control the information that is or becomes available on the Web site. The Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation reserve the right to review any information that is or becomes available on the Web site. Governing Law and Forum Selection

This site is designed for use in the United States of America and is to be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States of America.

By accessing this Web site both you and the Volunteer Center of North Texas and The Meadows Foundation agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use of this Web site.
