Ready...Set...Serve!
Now you're ready to make a volunteer match. Keeping your answers from above in mind, search our database for an agency which matches your areas of interest, needs people with your special skills and has a location and schedule that works for you. You may even find more than one!
You may search for a volunteer opportunity using one of two paths:

Search by agency cause (for a complete list of causes along with their definitions click here.) or population served (such as animals, families, senior citizens, etc.) and location.

Search by minimum age accepted by the organization (minimum age reflects the age the organization will accept, not the age for an actual project/job), group opportunity or specific volunteer job and location.

When you do make a match it's time take the following steps to make sure you get the most out of your volunteering experience.

  • Contact the organization.

  • Ask questions.

  • Set up an appointment to visit the organization.

  • Communicate your personal goals to the volunteer coordinator.
